Feeling Heavy?

If you’re feeling heavy, even completely overwhelmed at times, you’re not alone. The world is loud and chaotic right now. But you don’t have to wait for things to get better before living a full, joyful life again.

How would you like to empower yourself by learning practical, tangible tools that will help you stay centered through the noise? And lead your life from a place of enlivened intention rather than shrinking into reactivity?

This 90-minute workshop is a playful, immersive experience to help you reconnect with your inner spirit – the purest part of you that is filled with joy and love – and to reclaim your spark. It’s an opportunity to learn how to recalibrate to your light, so that you can help put more love, compassion, happiness, and possibility out there.

Here’s the shift: When you are calibrated to your powerlove, light, joy, optimism, playfulness, creativity – you are quite literally unstoppable. From this state, the change you most want to create in the world and in your life becomes infinitely easier.

We’re not talking about drinking positivity kool-aid. It’s neuroscience and a path to train your mind to help you achieve what matters most.

Wednesday, May 6 @ 6:30 pm – Divine Spark, 2567 Homeview Dr, Richmond, VA 23294.

About Me, Your Facilitator: Barton Quigley

I am beyond excited to partner with my dear friend and fellow healer, Rachel, creator of the sanctuary Divine Spark in Richmond, VA. We will begin hosting “Ignited – Your Next Chapter Series”, a collection of workshops helping you come home to yourself and design a next chapter that feels fully alive.

As a Next Chapter Coach, I work with people who know that something in their life or work is ready to evolve.

I help them get clear on what they truly want so they can start making decisions that actually feel right. In practice, that often means stepping out of second-guessing, reconnecting with their own sense of direction, and taking grounded, intentional action.

As a guide, I have supported clients through meaningful personal and professional shifts – career changes, relocating, passion pursuits, relationship decisions – and redefining how they show up in their lives.

I look forward to seeing you and helping you reclaim your spark.

Love,

Barton

Stay connected.

Sometimes the next step is simply staying close to the ideas that land for you.

I send regular reflections on alignment, self-trust, and making meaningful change (as well as invitations to workshops and events when they’re offered).
