I learned to create an authentic, passionate, meaningful life because I had to. I simply could not accept the status quo. I wanted a much deeper experience.

I am sharing the mindsets, tools and exercises I’ve developed and continually refine to meet my changing needs. I am also sharing my growing collection of the most impactful books, podcasts, videos, tools, and exercises that work for me, and I demonstrate how I apply these concepts to my daily life.

That was me…

… in my late 30’s and early 40’s – lost, frustrated, and riddled with anxiety.

Now, I can honestly say that I have never been happier, more focused, or felt more alive. The beautiful thing is it has nothing to do with the external circumstances of my life. It’s because of the inner work I have done and continue to do, plus help from some amazing coaches along the way. The answers we seek are right inside of us; we just have to learn to ask better questions.

My Mission

To transform the lives of 1,000 people over the age of 40, from stuck and unfulfilled, to passionate, focused, and impactful.

My Story

In 2015, at the age of 41, I escaped the corporate grind and launched a solo dog-walking business. I thought I was sailing into the sunset, leaving behind so many years of anxiety and panic attacks. Wrong… You can change the scenery, but there you are. While dog walking is totally awesome, it didn’t solve my anxiety, nor did I feel I was living up to my fullest potential.

In January of 2017, I made a serious commitment to be my best self, solve my anxiety, find lasting happiness, and discover my path.

I became obsessed with learning and improvement, from productivity to mental health, physical health, business, and service. I used my 3 hours of daily drive time to consume an insane amount of audiobooks and podcasts, listening to the best ones over and over. I began writing down my favorite quotes and implementing the concepts into my daily life. I would document my trials and errors, make adjustments, try again, and repeat. This continuous process helped me grow in all areas of my life and, most importantly, discover who I truly am and what matters most.

After 5 years and counting of this lifelong dedication to my personal growth, I found a beautiful combination of passion and contribution. I created this mental wellness brand to serve others who are in the same boat I was in. I hope that sharing my growing collection of tools, resources, and techniques that helped me can help you. I don’t have any answers except my own. However, I can show you better ways to discover and chase what makes life meaningful for you.
